Yoga focuses more on the connection between body, mind, and breath through flowing movements. Pilates, on the other hand, emphasizes core strength, body alignment, and muscle control.
You can start with our All-Level or Beginner classes. Just check the labels on the Our Classes page — we’ve marked each class based on difficulty level. Don't worry, our instructors will meet you where you are.
We provide limited number mats at the studio, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
We recommend booking in advance since our spots are limited. However, if there's an available slot when you arrive, we’d be happy to welcome you!
We currently don’t offer prenatal yoga or Pilates, but you are welcome to join our gentle/stretching classes with your doctor’s approval.
We offer both drop-in (single class) and value package options. Choose what works best for you.
